Constructed in 1975 and dedicated in October 1976.

• Williams Science Hall is the former UNMC College of Pharmacy.
• The building has 4 floors (+ rooftop greenhouse) with a total of 65,200 square feet.
  
• In 1989, steel beams and columns were added to correct the structural integrity of the building.
  
• On October 20, 2014, building was officially renamed the Joseph D. & Millie E. Williams Science Hall.
  
• In Aug. 2017, the Board of Regents approved a $10 million renovation project for the building.
  
• The renovation was completed in May of 2021.
